The FL4 is the newest edition to the GC frame offering. It’s a mash up of a the HD frames with the removable H-block, the accessibility of a flat set up from the Mega frames but with a height nearer to the FL3’s. It’s still using the sickle head bolts for easy maintenance and recessed frame wall to reduce weight and friction. All in all, one of the best frames just got better.
