Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

We want to make sure you're stoked with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item(s), it needs be in the same condition you received it - unworn / unused, with all the tags and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include your return paperwork.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Just a heads up, you'll need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. So, before placing your order, double-check that you've got the right item. If you’re unsure about anything, we're here to help. You can contact us by phone or email and we'll happily answer any questions.

We recommend that you use a tracked service when returning your item(s). You can always contact us for any return questions.

Damages and issues
As mentioned, we want you to be stoked with your purchase, so please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there's a issue, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can make it right for you.

If you need to exchange an item, please get in contact and let us know the item you’ve got and what you’d like to exchange it for. We can then reserve the item you’d like whilst we’re waiting for the incorrect item to be sent back to us. If you’re close to our store in sunny Chichester, you’re obviously more than welcome to bring incorrect items into the store for exchanges. Please remember to bring your receipt as proof of purchase and you’re welcome to call ahead if you’d like to check availability on the item you’d like to swap it for.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if we've approved the refund. As long as the item(s) are in their original condition, unworn / unused, including their tags and un-damaged packaging as requested. Then we'll automatically refund you on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please note that we'll only refund the cost of the item returned, not your original or return postage (unless the item is faulty - then we’ll refund our postage charge). Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund their end, we process them as quickly as we can. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us.
