They’ve done it again! The crew at Echo have people talking once again, this time about their exciting new Freeskate. Is it the new Flush Mount frame system and a new industry standard low ride, the Founders addition giving fans of the brand a chance to help evolve the future of their products, the low density Hygge liner or just the sleek / stealthy look of the skate. And that doesn’t even mention the price point.
However you approach it, the Echo Freeskate is annother exciting addition to the blade game - the wide fitting shell uses high quatity composite / fibre plastic and has a sold Y shaped frame mounting receiver mounts, and a new ratchet 45 strap. The new Flush Mount frame system offers possibly the lowest ride height available with a unique ‘slot in’ style fitting. The Hygge liner features a neoprene toe box, lace up ankle and unique pressure point reducer patch that can be Velcro’d where needed. This is a Founders Edition skate, meaning a limited production run of skates in the drop with the aim to give the buyers a chance to help evolve their range of future products. With this in mind, this drop is limited to four sizes over two shells. The UK7.5 and UK8 feature flat 80mm 85a wheels, whilst the UK9 and UK9.5 have 90mm 85a wheels. They’re are currently showing an arrival date in the UK of late February, pre order yours now.
